Cerutti '2' Beverley

Situated in the old waiting rooms on the main Hull to Scarborough railway line, Cerutti 2 is a gentle five minute walk from the centre of the historic market town of Beverley, renowned for the grace of the Gothic Beverley Minster.

The restaurant boasts an extensive A La Carte Menu and choice from a fascinating wine list. Run by Tina Cerutti, the second generation in the Cerutti family, the restaurant is renowned for its bustling atmosphere.

More recently, Cerutti 2 has become famous for the fish cookery masterclasses it runs on a weekly basis for guests who want to find out more about what goes on behind the scenes, as well as picking up top tips to take home to their own kitchens.

Due to the classes' continued success, Cerutti's is now preparing to launch a new series of food and wine masterclasses. The workshops see participants doing practical sessions before sitting down to taste the fruits of their labour.

Tina said: "The fish masterclasses and food and wine evenings have been phenomenally successful and we have had great feedback from those that have attended. This is the second year that we have been running the courses and they have gone from strength to strength - we estimate that we have educated over 400 people since the classes started."

"All of the classes have been sell outs and we know that a lot of people were disappointed that they had missed out which is why we have planned for more dates this year."

"New for this year we have decided to launch a fish course for the busy working man and woman as we know that a lot of our customers like eating well but don't have much time to spend in the kitchen due to their hectic work and family schedules. We have come up with some great recipes and menus that don't take long to make yet don't compromise on taste."
